The plain-English version
The cleaning professionals who serve you are recruited, background-checked, insured, trained on our standards, and managed by Be Heard Cleaning Solutions LLC (“Be Heard”). Finding and vetting great professionals is a large part of what you pay us for — and what makes the guarantee, insurance, and accountability behind every cleaning possible.
Because of that, we ask one thing: don't hire our professionals directly. If you'd like more cleanings, book through us — same pro, same quality, full protections. If you want to hire one of our professionals privately anyway, there's a transparent buyout option below instead of a behind-our-back arrangement.
The policy
By booking services with Be Heard, you (the “Customer”) agree that during your relationship with Be Heard and for 24 months after a cleaning professional's last assignment at your property, you will not directly or indirectly hire, contract with, or solicit cleaning services from that professional (or arrange for any household member, business, or related party to do so) outside of Be Heard's platform.
This includes paying any professional in cash or by any direct means. All payments — including tips — are processed through Be Heard's payment system. Our professionals are contractually prohibited from accepting direct payment.
Placement / buyout fee
If a Customer wishes to engage a Be Heard professional directly within the 24-month period, the Customer may do so by paying a one-time placement fee of $2,500. This fee reflects Be Heard's recruiting, vetting, background-check, training, and placement investment. Contact us and we'll handle it openly — no hard feelings.
Hiring a placed professional directly without the placement fee is a breach of these terms, and the placement fee becomes immediately due, in addition to any other remedies available under Georgia law.
Why this protects you too
Off-platform arrangements have no insurance, no bonding, no background-check currency, no receipts, no guarantee, and no company standing behind the work. The policy keeps every cleaning inside the system that protects everyone — you, the professional, and the company.
